Enterprise culture is the combination of the material wealth and spiritual wealth of distinct feature created by the enterprise and also a new enterprise management mode. Since the very beginning of our company, we set up the enterprise management notion that “create product by moral quality, live by quality, and develop by innovation”. As to the enterprise culture construction, we pay more attention to the following aspects:

I. Enterprise decision-making level should try to improve their comprehensive quality and pay more attention to the comprehensive quality construction of the leaders.

Enterprise leading level has the decision-making rights of making the enterprise guideline, policy, program, etc. They can employ the leading art and their personal charm to affect the activity of the staff and to change the enterprise culture. Our requirement of the staff is that the subordinate should not be subjected to what their higher authorities have no ability to do.

This is the demand of leaders at different levels. It urges leaders themselves to learn continuously and build themselves from all-round aspects, especially pay attention to all kinds of details of work and everyday life to adapt to the development of the enterprise. II. Create a good enterprise culture and arouse the employee’s initiative.

Our company proposes human-oriented. In order to enrich the staff amateur life, our company invests a lot on the construction of the table tennis training hall that is in the line with the state standard, multifunction musical hall, and holding four staff sports meeting and musical concerts each year. We set up the Painting and Calligraphy Academy with the famous painters and calligraphers from Xinxiang City and offer painting and calligraphy training to our staff monthly. The company will give staff festival presents on festival occasions.

When it is an employee’s birthday, we will write “Happy Birthday!” on the blackboard to celebrate. The company will give him presents and the dining hall of the company will also present him “long-life” noodles. This makes the staff feel the caring from the company and the warmness from the collective.

III. The introducing, fostering, and putting to use the talents.

The talents are the driving force of the enterprise competition and development. With the perfect market system and fierce competition, the talents play a decisive role on whether enterprise can survive and gain long-term development in the fierce competition.Cohesive force of the company is the basis of the enterprise long-term development, so the company leaders should trust, encourage, foster, and retain people.
